The opening of the JCG Global Corporation Group of companies in Paralimni was held on August 2, in the presence of the Group’s staff and distinguished guests.
JIM CHANG GLOBAL HOLDING GROUP was founded by Chinese investors in Cyprus to create an integrated system of industrial services through the eco-industrial provision of hotels, real estate, tourism, education, real estate management and financial integration.
During the inauguration, it was announced that the Group will deliver, at the end of 2019, the first five-star mixed development hotel in Famagusta โ SUN CITY; at the same time, it is active in the real estate sector, in cooperation with the subsidiary company Jim Chang Giovanni, and in the tourist sector, with the tourist office KYTV Travel & Tourism and Villas 2 Let company which offers a complete residential complex for rent.
Among others, at the inauguration of the Company, present were executives of companies, audit firms, banks, political figures and the Mayor of Paralimni, who, expressing his support to the investors, said that this investment in Paralimni gives answers to those who did not believe that Paralimni can be an economic growth center.
In their statements, the investors made special reference to both their associates and the company’s human resources, stressing that their contribution to the development of the group is the beginning of a long-term cooperation and presence in the business world of Cyprus. They emphasized the professionalism and hospitality they felt from their Cypriot partners.
In particular, one of the investors, Vicky Zheng, said: “Our vision is to develop a new business philosophy based on an eco-friendly industrial system and tourism through our investment projects such as the Sun City Hotel, Villas2let and more. ”
The Group Chairman and second investor Mr. Tommy Chen, on the other hand, made announcements about what we will see in the future, coming from the Group. In particular, he said: “We dream of Jim Chang’s expansion of investing in Europe and in the near future we will expand our investment by creating Sun City 2, Sun City Mall and Supermarkets.” Our goal is not to do a good job, but to offer the best to our customers. ”
Subsequently, their partner and MP Christakis Giovanni, said the choice of free Famagusta as the seat of a giant such as Jimchang is highly prized for the local society, economy and development. “Today Tommy and Mrs. Vicky are proving to all of us that it is time to believe in the Famagusta province, to believe that it is the backbone of the tourist and land development sector and, why not, believe that it can be the center for other areas such as education, health, etc.”
Finally, the Technical Director and Architect of the project, Mr. Kostas Georgiou, provided some important information both for the offices and for the quality of the company’s services. “Our offices are the miniature of the quality we want to provide in our future construction projects.
